Since exhibitions and loans involve multiple stakeholders, we have started a standalone website about Harvard Library exhibitions and loans.  Topics covered include guidelines and timelines for exhibition processing, specific guidance for working with faculty and students on exhibitions, loan agreements (incoming and outgoing, Harvard-internal and external loans outside of Harvard), facilities reports, insurance considerations, transport and packing of loaned collections, and other registrarial functions.
