 Since exhibitions and loans involve multiple stakeholders, we have started a [standalone website about Harvard Library exhibitions and loans](https://projects.iq.harvard.edu/exhibitonsandloans). Topics covered include guidelines and timelines for exhibition processing, specific guidance for working with faculty and students on exhibitions, loan agreements (incoming and outgoing, Harvard-internal and external loans outside of Harvard), facilities reports, insurance considerations, transport and packing of loaned collections, and other registrarial functions.
